£50 Booking Deposit. Non-refundable deposit – why non-refundable? Because regardless of whether the show takes place or not, significant costs are incurred by the organisers – that said, of course we have no intention of cancelling or postponing however… we are all at the mercy of COVID-19.
50% First Payment. Your 50% stand payment is due on September 1st 2021 – this is the total cost of your stand divided by 2 – you will be invoiced for this in August 2021.
50% Final Payment. The final 50% payment will be 50% of the total cost of your stand less the £50 deposit paid at the outset – this amount is due on 1st November 2021 and will be invoiced in October.
